The Advanced Manufacturing Workcell Operator will be responsible for running Water Jets, 4/5 Axis CNCs, rise and fall grinders, super polish operations, and operating vibratory equipment. The role includes setting up fixtures and toolings, loading castings into 6‑point nests, inspecting surface finish with a profilometer, performing 100% inspection, adjusting feed rates and speeds as required, and ensuring quality castings per product criteria.

• Assist in implementing Alcoa/Howmet EHS value and policy statement and its accompanying principles.
• Comply with all department, facility, corporate, and regulatory EH&S regulations.
• Wear all required personal protective equipment.
• Report all job‑related illnesses and injuries.
• Report all safety, health, and environmental concerns to a supervisor in a timely manner.
• Attend all EH&S training.

• High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.
• No relocation benefit offered.
• Ability to read product blueprints.
• Experience working with CNCs.
• Experience milling high‑performance superalloys.
• 1–3 years in an engineering or manufacturing environment with hands‑on experience evaluating automated equipment and processes.
• Familiar with TPM.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• PC literate in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good mechanical and/or electrical aptitude.
• Experience using industrial controllers.
• Methodical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment and related issues.
• Disciplined organization for permanent problem solutions.
