Job SummaryThis position is responsible for deplating, dewaxing, inspecting, and wrapping molds for casting in the Equiax and DS Foundry.
Shift and CompensationMidnight Shift (Sunday night – Thursday night 10:00 PM – 06:30 AM). Starting hourly rate $21.58; after 12 months $23.92. An hourly shift premium applies for off‑shift work.

- Assist in the implementation of Arconic’s EHS value and policy statement.
- Comply with all department, facility, corporate, and regulatory EH&S regulations.
- Wear all required personal protective equipment.
- Report all job‑related illnesses and injuries.
- Report all safety, health & environmental concerns to your supervisor.
- Attend all EH&S training.
- Remove molds from the output dry tunnels, remove hardware from molds, and record mold weights.
- Load and unload autoclave and continuous dewax oven.
- Perform core reclaim operation when needed.
- Wash, inspect, wrap molds, and operate boroscope.
- Operate attendant equipment.
- Transport materials and molds as required.
- Maintain a clean and safe working area.
- Cleans and prepares hardware for wax assembly.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of processed molds.
- Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications Basic Qualifications- Legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility required.
- Position requires access to export‑controlled items; applicant must be able to lawfully obtain access.
- No relocation benefit; candidates must reside within 50 miles of Dover, NJ.
- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
- Must be able to read, interpret, follow instructions, and write and speak English.
