Responsibilities- Oversee daily assembly and sewing operations of flag and banner manufacturing facility.
- Oversee a team of 20 people.
- Collaborate with customer service and sales departments to identify and resolve quality concerns.
- Become subject matter expert on banner and flag assembly and finishing.
- Use production planning and scheduling to limit material shortages.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Experience in the embroidery industry.
- Bilingual – English and Spanish.
- Experience managing or overseeing a production team of 20+ people.
