Perform 100% visual inspection as required per job instructions;
Belting, stoning, buffing operations to remove visual and FPI imperfections;
Perform a spot FPI test to ensure defects are removed;
Dimensionally inspect and repair castings by hammering, arboring, twisting, stoning, belting, buffing and drilling;
Maintain records and ensure a clean, safe work area
