- Supervise and lead up to 50 non-union hourly employees within an aerospace investment casting operation
- Drive performance metrics, analytics, and KPIs to ensure operational excellence and goal attainment
- Champion quality standards and safety protocols across the production floor
- Mentor, coach, train, and develop team members to maximize individual and team performance
- Foster a culture of accountability while consistently meeting production targets and organizational objectives
- Minimum of 2+ years of leadership experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Proven ability to leverage metrics, analytics, and data-driven approaches to optimize operations
- Strong proficiency with computer systems and production-related software tools
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required
