ResponsibilitiesThe Registered Nurse is responsible for safe patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The RN provides direct patient care within the scope of practice and directs and guides patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel, while maintaining standards of care in the Med/Surg/Telemetry Unit. The RN is directly accountable for the care of assigned patients, and communicates with physicians about changes in patients' clinical condition, including cardiac monitoring, diagnostic study results, and symptomatology.
A quick and accurate response to changes in condition or treatment response is required.
- Current and valid state RN license.
- Current BLS certificate on hire and maintained.
- ACLS certificate within 30 days on hire and maintained; preferred.
- Previous acute‑care hospital experience preferred.
- Ventilator management experience preferred.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Compensation for this role is estimated between $40.83 and $50.00 per hour, based on skillset, experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
