Job Summary:As an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse with Morris View Healthcare Center, you will be responsible for providing high‑quality patient care in a long‑term care setting. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the physical, emotional, and social well‑being of our residents. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, provide skilled nursing care, and maintain accurate records.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify changes in resident status
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records, including medical charts and progress reports
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
- Participate in staff education and training programs to stay current with industry best practices
