Zufall Health Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to support our primary care services across clinic, mobile health van, and community settings. You will work with the care team to provide patient-centered, cost-effective, high-quality nursing care and to coordinate services across multiple providers.
Responsibilities include triage, patient education on vaccines and procedures, and documentation in the EMR. NJ RN license and BLS are required, with ambulatory care experience preferred.
