- Lead and support nursing staff during assigned shifts.
- Ensure quality resident care and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers.
- Monitor documentation accuracy and completion.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Respond to clinical concerns and emergencies as needed.
- Promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Active RN License in the State of New Jersey.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
- Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care experience preferred.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
