Provide guidance and direction for the operation of a specific store zone on the sales floor;
Supervise associates and oversee merchandising and customer service within the zone;
Execute procedures for merchandising tasks including power aisle compliance, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery;
Ensure store standards, Ops Center compliance, seasonal transitions, inventory processes, and company programs meet expectations;
Oversee the Door to Floor process to ensure proper receiving and stocking of merchandise;
Open and close the store when needed
