Fulfillment Specialist

As an Order Fulfillment Specialist at Premo Cannabis Company, you will primarily work in the shipping and receiving area of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include preparing and staging items for delivery, handling incoming shipments, recording and verifying shipping information, and ensuring correct labeling and packaging of finished products.

Part-Time Fullfillment Specialist work between 15-29 hours per week.

Applicants must be over the age of 21 and consent to a State and Federal Background check.

• Picking/Fulfilling Orders
• Maintain the organization of finished goods inventory storage to ensure accurate order picking and packing
• Retrieve finished goods from vault storage for individual dispensaries
• Verify packaging and marketing labels for finished goods
• Ensure products' unit counts and compliance labels match dispensary manifests to prevent customer rejections or complaints
• Make adjustments to invoices based on inventory or sales discrepancies

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• 2+ years of customer service, distribution, or warehouse experience
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work well with peers
• Effective time management and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, changing, and challenging environment
• Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and general computer skills
• Fast, efficient, and adaptable
• Experience in an environment with constructive feedback and input
• Must be 21 years or older
• Full knowledge of all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements to maintain 100% compliance at all times, including staying updated on any changes
• Compliance with all regulatory requirements for working in the cannabis industry
• Ability to obtain and retain a Registered Agent Card issued by the state of New Jersey
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Detail‑oriented and focused
• Ability to absorb training and follow instructions
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
