Security Officer Access Control Console

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, vendors, and employees by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or delivery documentation, and help to deter unauthorized access to the facility, yard, dock areas, and other restricted locations;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns according to site procedures;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, perimeter, parking areas, trailer lots, and loading zones, with duties varying based on location conditions and operational needs;
Support shipping and receiving operations by observing gate activity, tracking visitor and vehicle movement, and communicating clearly with site contacts regarding security-related issues and/or unusual activity
