Location: Dover, NJ (On-site)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Salary: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour
We are looking for an experienced and dependable Install Crew Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of lawn sprinkler system installations. In this role, you will lead a crew
, manage on-site workflow, ensure projects are completed efficiently and accurately, and maintain high standards of customer service.

- Professional Development:
Ongoing training in irrigation systems
- Lead a crew to install and service residential and commercial lawn sprinkler systems
- Modify, upgrade, and troubleshoot existing irrigation systems
- Communicate professionally with customers and review system maintenance
- Perform hands‑on tasks including digging and installing underground systems
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet company quality standards
- Upload and maintain accurate records of job progress
- Minimum of 3 years of irrigation installation/service experience
- Strong understanding of plumbing, hydraulics, and irrigation electrical components
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various conditions
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Effective communication skills in English
- Experience operating a pipe puller or trencher
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Saturdays required for the busy season.
- Work is performed outdoors in all weather conditions
- This is an on-site field position in Dover, NJ
