HVAC/R APPRENTICESHIP OPPORTUNITY 2027 RECRUITMENT
The United Association of New Jersey Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Division is now accepting applications for individuals interested in beginning a rewarding career in the HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration) industry. Apprenticeship opportunities are available through Locals 9, 274, 322, and 475, providing hands‑on training, classroom education, and valuable real‑world experience while earning competitive wages and benefits.
Applications will be available from September 14, 2026 through September 25, 2026

Apprentices will receive industry‑leading training designed to develop the technical skills needed for a successful career servicing, installing, and maintaining HVAC and refrigeration systems.
