Salary: $80,000-$90,000 depending on experience

The Senior Accountant will oversee core accounting functions within a manufacturing environment, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining accounting compliance, and supporting operational decision-making. This role partners closely with leadership and operations teams to improve financial visibility, inventory accuracy, cost control, and overall process efficiency. Key Responsibilities (Senior Accountant):

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
• Maintain and review the general ledger to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
• Oversee inventory accounting, including costing, adjustments, and reconciliation with production data
• Prepare financial reports and assist leadership with operational and financial analysis

Qualifications (Senior Accountant):

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 3+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, ideally within manufacturing
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel preferred
