Lube Technician Responsibilities And Requirements

• Perform oil/filter change and tire rotation in a timely manner, as outlined by the manufacturer
• Perform a thorough multi-point inspection on every vehicle using an iPad
• Must be able to properly identify and record the following:
• Fluid leaks
• Brake measurements and wear patterns (pads, shoes, rotors, drums)
• Tire tread depth measurements and tire wear pattern, malfunction indicator lights
• Preventative maintenance requirements, malfunctions and deformities in hoses, belts, bushings, gaskets, etc… Make proper recommendations for repairs
• ****** ALL service/repair recommendations require photo/video evidence of the concern
• Open communication with advisors, parts, other technicians, office staff, and management
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Punctual
• Positive work ethic
• Motivated
• Success oriented
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license with a positive driving record
• Pass pre-employment drug screen
• Able to do heavy lifting (up to 50lbs)
