Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Financial Representative role based in Dover, OH. The Financial Representative meets with clients in person to understand their financial goals and provides tailored recommendations on insurance, investments, and retirement strategies. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include prospecting and building a client base, conducting financial needs analyses, presenting suitable product solutions, and assisting clients with applications and policy servicing. The role also involves maintaining ongoing client relationships through regular reviews, responding to inquiries, and adjusting plans as needs change.
Financial Representatives collaborate with local leadership and peers, participate in training and coaching, and stay current on company offerings and industry regulations.
- Strong foundation in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to assess client needs and recommend appropriate strategies.
- Knowledge of Insurance products and concepts, with the ability to explain coverage options clearly and compliantly.
- Understanding of Finance and Investments to discuss risk, return, and diversification in accessible terms.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with a client‑focused and ethical approach to sales.
- Ability to work on‑site, manage a schedule independently, and build a local network of prospective clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred; relevant sales or financial services experience is an advantage.
- Willingness to obtain and maintain required insurance and securities licenses, supported by company training.
