Overview
As a Clinical Services Pharmacy Technician, you will intake calls from patients, pharmacies and providers, perform basic administrative and clerical tasks, and provide customer support. You will address questions regarding medication research, evaluate calls for pharmacist consultation, and conduct outbound calls to offer medication therapy management programs.
Responsibilities- Intake all calls from patients, pharmacies, and providers.
- Perform basic administrative, clerical, operational, customer support, and computational tasks.
- Address questions related to the assigned area and assist with medication research.
- Evaluate calls that require pharmacist consultation.
- Make outbound calls to patients to offer medication therapy management programs and schedule medication review sessions with consultative pharmacists.
- Must reside in Ohio, Arizona, Texas, or Florida.
- Must have an active Pharmacy Technician or Tech in Training license in your state of residence.
- Experience in a Technical Mail Order Pharmacy or manufacturing setting.
- Experience as a Pharmacy Technician or call‑center experience in a pharmacy or related setting.
- Experience using multiple computer applications simultaneously and strong data‑entry skills.
- PTCB or ExCPT certification.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Bilingual in English / Spanish with full proficiency.
- Training:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM EST. - After training, any shift within 8:00 AM–11:00 PM EST is acceptable.
- Must work every 3rd Saturday, 10:00 AM–6:30 PM EST, with a day off during the week when it is your Saturday rotation.
