UNIFIED BANK in Dover, OH is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to run the Banking Center on a full-time basis. You will lead the team, uphold the UNIFIED Way, and ensure warm, efficient service while maintaining compliance with bank policies.
You will coach staff, develop customers and staff, process and close simple consumer loans, monitor security controls, and strive to meet branch objectives. Associates degree or equivalent, and at least two years in retail banking are required.
