CNC Machinist

Commercial Fluid Power, a subsidiary of the National Tube Supply Company specializing in supplying machining services to the fluid power industry, is searching for a CNC Machinist to report to our Dover, OH location. Shift schedule:
Afternoons from 3:25 p‑1:55 a, Monday‑Thursday (four 10‑hour shifts).

• Perform necessary machining operations as outlined in job routing
• Use overhead crane to move parts in and out of machines
• Set up material, machine, and tools to perform necessary machining operations
• Set feed rate, speed, and depth of cut based on material, tool, and operation type to maximize equipment efficiency
• Use precision gauging to make offset adjustments to machines to ensure compliance to specifications detailed in job routing and blueprint
• Check & certify gauges
• Extended periods of time standing and walking on concrete floors

• Experience setting up and running CNC and/or manual mills/lathes
• Experience with precision measurement devices
• Experience with blueprint reading and other technical drawings
• Detail oriented
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
