What you’ll doSet up CNC lathes, select tooling, load programs, and dial in offsets to meet print requirements.

Interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine machining strategy.

Run and monitor machines, adjusting feeds, speeds, and tooling as needed for quality and efficiency.

Perform routine machine maintenance to maximize uptime and longevity.

Verify dimensions and tolerances using micrometers, calipers, and other precision tools.

Troubleshoot machining issues in partnership with a collaborative team.

Keep your cell clean, organized, and aligned with safety protocols.

Safely move materials using the overhead crane when required.

What you bring

High school diploma or equivalent; machining certification or technical training preferred.

Demonstrated experience in CNC lathe operation (setups and production).Working knowledge of CNC programming and machine operation.

Experience operating an overhead crane.

Ability to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints.

Competence with inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Comfort working both independently and as part of a fast-paced team.

Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude.
