Responsibilities- Floral design work in the Floral Department, including creating displays and handling special events.
- Ordering, receiving, seasonal promotions, plant and merchandise care, and customer service on the sales floor.
- Training and development; cover for the Section Head in their absence when required.
- F.T.D. minimum — design experience required.
- Creativity; leadership skills; merchandise skills; growth potential; customer service orientation; able to work with minimal supervision; reliable; dependable.
- Must be available to be scheduled 20+ hours a week, including nights and weekends, based on department needs.
