Salary: $130,000–$160,000

Our client, is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on accounting leader who enjoys partnering with operations, driving process improvements, and making a meaningful impact within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting
• Direct the monthly and annual close process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
• Partner with operational and executive leadership to provide actionable financial insights and support business decisions
• Evaluate and enhance accounting procedures, internal controls, and reporting processes
• Coach, mentor, and develop accounting staff while fostering a collaborative team environment

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including significant manufacturing experience
• CPA is required
• Strong background in cost accounting, inventory management, and financial analysis
• Experience supporting or leading ERP system implementations
• Thorough understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and manufacturing accounting practices
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop and mentor team members
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team-oriented environment
