• Support month‑end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting activities
• Analyze financial results, investigate variances, and provide reporting insights
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to improve processes, reporting, and data accuracy
• Assist with audits, internal controls, and compliance requirements
• Contribute to system enhancements, automation initiatives, and special projects

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles
