Manufacturing Controller

• Lead standard costing, product costing, and cost-setting processes.
• Analyze cost variances (material, labor, overhead) and drive improvements.
• Oversee inventory accounting, valuation, and optimization initiatives.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, monthly close, and margin analysis.
• Partner with operations leadership to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Evaluate capital investments including ROI analysis and performance tracking.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (MBA or CPA preferred).
• 5+ years of manufacturing finance or cost accounting experience.
• Strong expertise in standard costing, inventory, and financial analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP system experience required.
