Senior Plant Accountant
Salary: $90,000 – $110,000

- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
- Analyze financial results and deliver actionable insights on variances and performance trends
- Own standard costing processes, including cost rolls and product costing inputs (BOMs, routings, rates)
- Manage inventory accounting, cycle counts, and discrepancy investigations
Oversee fixed asset accounting including capitalization, depreciation, and asset tracking - Ensure compliance with SOX, internal controls, and corporate accounting policies
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 7+ years of manufacturing accounting experience with strong cost accounting focus
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and financial reporting tools
- Expertise in inventory accounting, variance analysis, and standard costing
