Pay Range: $120,000 - $130,000 base salary plus bonus

Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop the accounting team while overseeing day-to-day accounting operations.
- Own the month-end close process, GAAP financial reporting, treasury activities, and reconciliations.
- Partner cross-functionally to improve processes, strengthen internal controls, and support audits and lender reporting.
- Prepare quarterly forecasts, financial analyses, and support mortgage banking accounting activities, including loan valuations and commission calculations.
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of accounting experience with strong GL, month-end close, and treasury experience.
- 2+ years of leadership experience.
- Mortgage industry experience is preferred.
- Experience with Net Suite, Encompass (LOS), and strong Excel skills are a plus.
