Strategic Controller

A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a strategic controller to lead its accounting function and serve as a key business partner to executive leadership. This role offers the opportunity to drive financial strategy, partner closely with operations, and help support the organization's continued growth.

• Partner with operations and executive leadership to support strategic business decisions.
• Lead all accounting and financial reporting activities.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, month-end, and year-end close.
• Manage cost accounting, inventory accounting, and internal controls.
• Drive process improvements and strengthen financial processes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team.

• Active CPA required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Manufacturing accounting experience required.
• Strong background in cost accounting, inventory accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• ERP experience required; SAP preferred.
• Proven ability to partner with executive leadership and operations.
• Experience leading and developing accounting teams.
