Senior Cost Accountant

Compensation: $90,000 – $115,000

• Lead month-end and year-end close, including journals, reconciliations, and KPI reporting
• Analyze financial results, identify variances, and deliver actionable insights
• Manage standard costing systems (BOMs, routings, labor, overhead)
• Oversee inventory accounting, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution
• Partner cross-functionally to improve plant financial performance

• 4+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong cost accounting experience, including standard cost systems (BOMs, routers)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• ERP experience (SAP or similar preferred)

• Self-directed and proactive problem solver
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with Operations and Supply Chain
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into business decisions
