Part-time Administrative Assistant - 1st Shift
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, experience with purchase orders, employee time tracking, office supply management, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Net Suite.
Key Responsibilities- Create, process, and track purchase orders using Net Suite.
- Monitor and maintain accurate employee timekeeping and attendance records.
- Order and manage office supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels.
- Assist with data entry, document management, and record keeping.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and administrative documents using Microsoft Excel.
- Support management with scheduling, correspondence, and general office administration.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of company records and information.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
- 2 years of administrative assistant or office support experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including spreadsheets, formulas, and reporting.
- Experience using Net Suite ERP software.
- Knowledge of purchase order processing.
- Experience with employee time tracking and payroll support functions.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record management.
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or corporate office environments.
- Familiarity with additional Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel).
