A rapidly growing Chicago-based General Contractor located in the South Loop is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their leadership team.

Their portfolio includes mixed-use developments, ground-up residential, public/institutional, industrial projects, and more
. Due to continued growth, they are seeking strong Senior PMs to help lead a $700M high-profile project in the South Loop
.

• Lead large-scale projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage budgets, schedules, and risk for complex, high-value builds
• Oversee Project Managers, APMs, and field teams
• Coordinate with ownership groups, design teams, and key stakeholders
• Drive quality, safety, and on-time/on-budget performance

• 8–12+ years of experience with a General Contractor
• Strong ground-up experience (mixed‑use or large residential preferred)
• Experience managing large, complex projects
• Proven leadership and ability to mentor internal teams
• Strong client‑facing and communication skills
• Long‑term growth opportunity within a company in expansion mode
