Customer Care Representative

The Customer Care Rep I is the primary interface between the customer and Zurn Elkay.

This role actively manages customer orders, works with multiple intercompany departments, identifies and investigates user questions and problems, and assists external users of the organization’s technical products or services by answering questions and solving problems involved in their use.

• Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of related experience
• Experience in the plumbing industry preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of MS Office software including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook

• Competitive hourly rate: $20–$24.83 per hour
