Olsen Motorsports is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Service Writer / Service Advisor to become the face of our company and the central connection between clients and our shop team.

This is a critical role responsible for managing the customer journey from the first phone call or online inquiry through vehicle delivery. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, accurately communicate repair and restoration needs, prepare estimates, coordinate workflow with technicians, and ensure every client receives a first-class Olsen Motorsports experience.

Clients entrust us with some of the most valuable and significant Porsche vehicles in the country. We are looking for a professional who understands the importance of communication, attention to detail, urgency, and relationship-building while representing one of the nation's premier Porsche repair and restoration facilities.

At Olsen Motorsports, we are not a volume repair shop. We specialize in Porsche service, performance upgrades, restorations, and custom builds for enthusiasts nationwide. Every vehicle has a story, and every customer expects an exceptional experience.

This position is more than writing repair orders. You will be the trusted advisor who guides customers through one of the most important experiences they can have with their Porsche.
