The Production Manager reports directly to the studio owner and is primarily responsible for producing various wide-format specialty printing products. This position plays a critical role in the franchise’s profit and margin potential through outstanding performance in fast turn-around times, high-quality product output, and efficiency with materials to minimize waste.

• Lead daily printing and production workflow to meet deadlines
• Inspect customer files, create digital proofs, and prepare graphics for print
• Operate and maintain large-format printers, laminators, and plotters
• Manage color calibration and maintain print quality standards
• Track inventory levels and coordinate material procurement
• Perform basic graphic design tasks as needed
• Conduct vehicle inspections, measurements, and site surveys
• Install smaller graphics such as wall decals and window films
• Pack, label, and ship completed orders; make local deliveries
• Receive and organize incoming material deliveries
• Utilize Core Bridge software to manage work orders and production schedules

• 3+ years (5+ years preferred) of experience in large-format printing and production
• Proficiency operating wide-format printers, laminators, and vinyl plotters
• Strong understanding of color management and RIP software
• Knowledge of vinyl, substrates, and finishing techniques
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods

• Experience with vehicle wrap templates and graphics
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field
• Familiarity with Core Bridge or similar production management software
• Adobe Creative Suite proficiency (Illustrator, Photoshop)

Compensation: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
