Job Description
Role Expectations
* Serves as the district's chief instructional leader, guiding the design, implementation, and evaluation of curriculum and instructional programs.
* Supports and empowers building leaders and teachers, fostering alignment, professional learning, and innovation.
* Leads district assessment systems and reporting, ensuring data-informed decision-making.
* Oversees college, career, and technical education pathways, dual credit programs, and postsecondary readiness partnerships.
Collaborates on school improvement and intervention strategies that promote student success.
Qualifications
* Master's degree in Education (Curriculum and Instruction preferred); doctorate preferred.
* Illinois Professional Educator License with General Administrative Endorsement and Teacher Evaluator designation.
* Superintendent endorsement and relevant district-level experience preferred.
Salary/Benefits
Salary Range: $191,507 - $210,927 - with a comprehensive benefits package.
