Guidepost Montessori is seeking an on-call substitute teacher to support our mixed-age Montessori classrooms when regular teachers are unavailable. This role offers flexible hours and a meaningful way to help young children thrive in a warm, structured environment.
No formal Montessori training is required; orientation includes training. You’ll cover 0–6 year old classrooms, help with routines, activities, and transitions, and may advance to a full-time assistant teacher role.
