Project Manager; Automation Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Develop project schedules, identify critical milestones, and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain and update communication documents to facilitate seamless information flow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, and production.
• Contribute to project scope development and ensure adherence to scope-of-work.
• Communicate regularly with customer representatives and provide project updates.
• Manage project budgets and control costs effectively.
• Promote professionalism, reliability, and customer satisfaction within the team.
• Conduct post-project reviews and recommend improvements.
• Support the Project Management team as needed.
• Travel up to 15% as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related experience.
• Proven leadership and project management skills.
• Experience in manufacturing environments.
• Preferred: experience with automated process equipment, blueprint reading, and industrial contracts.
