** The Product Manager III is responsible for defining and executing the strategic roadmap for Zurn Elkay’s Pro Filtration platform. This role owns the end-to-end product lifecycle - from market insight and strategy development to new product commercialization and lifecycle management.
The position plays a critical leadership role in driving new product development (NPD), new technology development (NTD), and customer adoption, working cross-functionally across engineering, sales, marketing, and operations. The Product Manager III will also serve as a key voice of the customer through direct engagement with professional channel partners and end users.

** Key Focus Areas
*** Develop and execute the long-term product roadmap for the Pro Filtration platform aligned to business growth objectives
* Identify market opportunities, competitive gaps, and emerging trends to inform strategic direction
* Lead pricing strategy and product segmentation to optimize growth, profitability, and market share
* Own and manage the NPD project funnel, ensuring a strong pipeline of innovation initiatives
* Lead cross - functional teams through the stage-gate process from concept through launch
* Drive business case development, including market sizing, financial modeling, and ROI analysis
* Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of NPD initiatives with clear commercialization plans
* Define and manage the new technology development (NTD) funnel to support future platform differentiation
* Partner with Engineering and Innovation teams to translate long-term capabilities into viable product solutions
* Balance short-term product needs with long-term technology investments
* Conduct regular customer visits with contractors, distributors, and end users
* Gather Voice of Customer (VOC) insights to influence product development and continuous improvement
* Deliver technical product training to customers, sales teams, and channel partners to support adoption
* Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Pro Filtration drinking water solutions
* Drive Pro Filtration adoption through close partnership with commercial teams (Sales, Channel, Marketing)
* Develop go-to-market strategies, including launch plans, messaging, and sales enablement tools
* Support key account engagement and large project opportunities requiring technical expertise
* Monitor adoption metrics and adjust strategies to accelerate growth
