Reports to:

• Develop and execute the long‑term product roadmap for the Pro Filtration platform aligned to business growth objectives.
• Identify market opportunities, competitive gaps, and emerging trends to inform strategic direction.
• Lead pricing strategy and product segmentation to optimize growth, profitability, and market share.
• Own and manage the NPD project funnel, ensuring a strong pipeline of innovation initiatives.
• Lead cross‑functional teams through the stage‑gate process from concept through launch.
• Drive business case development, including market sizing, financial modeling, and ROI analysis.
• Ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery of NPD initiatives with clear commercialization plans.
• Define and manage the new technology development (NTD) funnel to support future platform differentiation.
• Partner with Engineering and Innovation teams to translate long‑term capabilities into viable product solutions.
• Balance short‑term product needs with long‑term technology investments.
• Conduct regular customer visits with contractors, distributors, and end users.
• Gather Voice of Customer (VOC) insights to influence product development and continuous improvement.
• Deliver technical product training to customers, sales teams, and channel partners to support adoption.
• Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Pro Filtration drinking water solutions.
• Drive Pro Filtration adoption through close partnership with commercial teams (Sales, Channel, Marketing).
• Develop go‑to‑market strategies, including launch plans, messaging, and sales enablement tools.
• Support key account engagement and large project opportunities requiring technical expertise.
• Monitor adoption metrics and adjust strategies to accelerate growth.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, including product rationalization, cost optimization, and margin improvement.
• Track product performance, including revenue, profitability, and market share.
• Identify opportunities for product enhancements, extensions, or sunset decisions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
• 10+ years of product management, product marketing, or related experience in manufacturing or industrial markets.
• Proven experience leading NPD projects and product strategy development.
• Strong commercial acumen, including pricing, margin management, and market analysis.
• Experience working directly with customers and channel partners.
• Technical aptitude with the ability to understand engineered product solutions.
• MBA or advanced degree (preferred).
• Experience managing both NPD and early-stage technology pipelines (NTD).
