As a Personal Banker within PNC’s Retail Banking organization, you will be based in Kernersville, NC.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing and collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow share of wallet.
  • Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions with a defined sales process including outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement to elevate client loyalty.
  • Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience, performing lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
  • Leverage product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively to drive customer loyalty.
  • Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits and heightened scrutiny to identify and avoid loss while ensuring branch daily operations are completed efficiently and accurately.

Work Experience: 3+ years of experience at an associate or equivalent level, related experience or product knowledge. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Education: No degree required.

Certifications: None required.

Licenses: Candidates will be subject to additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
