Overview
Sr. Director, Financial Operations (AR & AP)
$170,000 – $215,000 + Bonus
- Oversee day-to-day AR & AP operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Support month-end close, reporting, and audit processes
- Drive process improvements and help standardize workflows across teams
- Partner with IT and Finance on systems optimization and automation efforts
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 10+ years of finance or accounting leadership experience, including AR & AP oversight
- Experience working in complex, multi-entity environments (B2B, distribution, or manufacturing preferred)
- Strong ERP experience (Oracle or similar systems)
- Hands-on leader with a process improvement mindset and ability to drive change
