Overview
The HR Operations Project Enablement and Training Lead will oversee planning, development, and execution of project management and training activities for HR Operations initiatives. This role ensures key stakeholders are prepared for new HR systems, enhancements, and process changes. The ideal candidate is highly organized and skilled in project management, training management, instructional design, facilitation, and digital content creation with experience in HR technology environments.
WhatYou'll DoProject Management and Delivery
- Support HR Operations projects by managing tasks, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple work streams
- Create project plans, meeting agendas, status reports, and action logs
- Track progress, identify risks or gaps, and escalate issues that may impact training or change readiness
- Coordinate across multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring consistent delivery and messaging
- Ensure consistent project documentation and governance practices
- Design, develop, and deliver training related to HR Operations systems (e.g., Workday HCM, payroll platforms, Timekeeping systems, HR service tools)
- Create learning materials including eLearning modules, videos, job aids, slide decks, and facilitator guides
- Maintain and update HR Operations training content as systems evolve
- Facilitate and lead live virtual and in-person training sessions for HR, managers, and employees
- Create a year-round HR Operations-related learning calendar to onboard new users and refresh skills of existing users
- Instructional Design & Content Creation
- Use tools such as Articulate 360 to build interactive eLearning courses and assessments
- Produce training videos, screen captures, and guided walkthroughs to support system adoption
- Apply learning principles to create user-friendly, accessible content for a diverse and global audience
- Partner with SMEs to ensure accuracy of all learning materials
- Develop content that supports new system releases, enhancements, and go-lives
- Create change impact messages, user guides, and "What s Changing" summaries in partnership with HR Operations leadership
- Plan, coordinate, and execute change management activities across HR and business teams
- Track training effectiveness and feedback to recommend improvements
- Experience with Salesforce, and ADP
- Proficiency with learning content development tools such as Articulate 360 or similar
- Exposure to HR Operations, shared services, or service delivery environments
- Knowledge of continuous improvement and change management methodologies
