Position Summary:

The Senior HR Generalist will be part of the corporate HR team and will support the PSG Corporate functions of Finance, Operations, Digital Solutions, and Marketing/Engineering in the roll out of company HR policies and programs, talent & development management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations in support of the overall business objectives of the organization and the Global HR team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Support the corporate PSG employees on the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation, benefits and HRIS.Implement and administer HR policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements.

Work with the hiring managers and the Dover recruitment team through the recruitment and onboarding process

Manage the US Internship program. Work with site HR leaders on internship opportunities and deliver a coordinated program within the US.Work with the HR site teams to ensure compliance with the global hosting program.

Support and work with the global HR team on trouble shooting and technical support for the HRIS Workday system.

Work closely with marketing and communications teams to develop stronger social media presence that supports the talent and attraction strategy.

Work with managers and employees to assess their needs and develop an individual or functional tailored development program.
