Responsibilities
- Actively manage customer orders
- Work and interact with multiple intercompany departments
- Identify, investigate and research user questions and problems
- Assist external users of the organization’s technical products or services by answering questions and solving problems involved in their use
- Bachelor’s Degree or 2 years of related experience
- Experience in the plumbing industry preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Office software including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Competitive Hourly Rate – $20–24.83 per hour
