Website Rebuild Project Manager / Website Manager
Full-Time | Downers Grove, IL
Trossen Robotics is building robotic platforms, developer tools, and data collection systems for the emerging Physical AI market. Our products are used by robotics researchers, AI labs, startups, universities, and enterprise R&D teams.
We are preparing for a major website rebuild. Our current site is built on Wix, but the company has outgrown it. The new website will be a more advanced CMS-driven platform that better supports product launches, technical content, documentation, SEO, lead generation, customer education, and long-term marketing growth.
We are looking for someone to take ownership of this project and drive it from concept to launch.
Position SummaryTrossen Robotics is hiring a Website Rebuild Project Manager / Website Manager to lead our full website overhaul under the direction of the COO and CEO/Founder.
This is primarily a project ownership and coordination role, not a hands-on web development role. We expect to use outside contractors for web development, SEO, and other technical implementation work. The person in this role needs to keep the project organized, define what needs to be built, coordinate internal stakeholders, manage contractors, track progress, and make sure the final website is completed correctly.
After the rebuild is complete, this person will stay on as the ongoing owner of the Trossen Robotics website, keeping it current as new products, videos, documentation, resources, campaigns, and company initiatives are launched.

- Run meetings, track action items, document decisions, and follow up relentlessly.
- Identify blockers early and push the project forward.

- Coordinate feedback on layout, navigation, page structure, product presentation, calls to action, and content needs.
- Help ensure the website feels consistent across homepage, platform pages, product pages, developer pages, support pages, and landing pages.
- Manage the outside website development contractor.
- Help prepare scopes of work, requirements, feedback documents, and handoff materials.
- Review contractor timelines, deliverables, staging links, and completed work.
- Coordinate feedback rounds between Trossen leadership and outside vendors.
- Make sure the site is built in a way the company can maintain after launch.
- Coordinate with an SEO specialist during and after the rebuild.
- Lead the process of filling the new website with real content.
- Organize product information, copy, images, videos, specs, downloads, documentation links, forms, and calls to action.
- Work with marketing, sales, engineering, support, and leadership to gather missing information.
- Make sure pages are accurate, complete, polished, and ready for launch.
- Maintain consistency in product names, messaging, terminology, and technical details.
After launch, this role becomes the primary owner of the Trossen Robotics website.

The ideal candidate is a strong project manager who can take a large, messy, important project and turn it into an organized execution plan.
