Digital Asset Manager; part time

Position: Digital Asset Manager (part time)
Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years exp in digital asset management or similar role
• BA/BS in Information Science, Library Science, Digital Media, Comms, or related
OR --- No degree and min 4 years professional experience in DAM
• KEY: Hands-on exp with Adobe Experience Manager or similar tool

• Experience creating training or process documentation.

Nice to Have (preferred, a Plus)

• Familiarity with metadata, taxonomy, and asset lifecycle management.

• Experience supporting platform governance and content standards.

• Comfortable working in enterprise, cross-functional environments.

Overview

Functions as a "digital historian"
Works with Content Supply Chain team to support how brand content is managed / scaled
Organizes, maintains, and enables reuse of assets in the DAM platform
Hands-on, operational support including
---creatioon of training documentation
---day-to-day asset management
---asset migrations

Specific Responsibilities

• Manage digital assets within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) .
• Create and maintain training documentation, job aids, and DAM best-practice guides.
• Day-to-day asset management , e.g., uploads, metadata application, versioning, archiving.
• Execute asset migrations and clean-up from legacy systems, shared drives, and hard drives
• Content updates including metadata corrections, organizational changes, asset replacements

• Ensure assets comply with brand, usage rights, and governance standards.

• Collaborate across organization to support content intake and publishing workflows
