Pricing Manager

Overview

Are you a commercially minded data leader with a passion for pricing strategy? We’re looking for a Pricing Manager to lead the development of advanced, data-driven pricing capabilities in a fast-paced, global environment. This is a high-impact leadership role, combining people management with hands-on analytical and strategic work.

• Lead and develop a team of pricing analysts, fostering a high-performance culture
• Design and implement data-driven pricing strategies aligned to revenue and margin goals
• Build and evolve pricing optimization models and tools, including ML-driven approaches
• Analyze complex datasets (sales, customer, market) to uncover actionable insights
• Model price elasticity, demand forecasting, and margin improvement opportunities
• Oversee competitive pricing analysis and market benchmarking
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Product, and Marketing teams
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leaders
• Drive continuous improvement in pricing methodologies and performance

• 5+ years’ experience in pricing, analytics, or revenue management
• Proven track record in pricing optimization and model development
• Experience leading teams and cross-functional initiatives
• Strong technical skills in Python, SQL, R, or similar tools
• Machine learning experience applied to commercial problems
• Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence non-technical stakeholders

• Degree in Economics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or related

• Lead and shape end-to-end pricing strategy
• Build advanced pricing capabilities from the ground up
• Work in a data-driven, collaborative environment
