Data Analyst

Job SummaryWe are seeking a Data Analyst to support advanced analytics initiatives across the organization. This role will focus on transforming complex datasets into actionable insights, supporting business stakeholders, and enabling data‑driven decision‑making. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment, with the ability to communicate insights clearly and effectively to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop reports, dashboards, models, and scorecards to support business decision‑making
- Work within AWS Redshift and Tableau to analyze and visualize data
- Perform ad hoc analysis with quick turnaround times, translating findings into clear, actionable insights
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs and deliver data‑driven recommendations
- Support data science initiatives by tracking model performance and serving as a liaison between technical teams and the business
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders, representing the analytics function as needed
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting and analysis
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field - Experience:
2+ years in a data‑intensive or analytical role - Strong SQL proficiency
- Experience with Tableau
- Experience working with large datasets in cloud environments such as AWS Redshift
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience supporting data science or advanced analytics teams
- Exposure to logistics, supply chain, or distribution environments
- Experience with financial or operational performance analysis
- Familiarity with data modeling or predictive analytics concepts
