** What you’ll do**## ##
** 1. Support Business-Critical Applications
*** Support the daily administration and maintenance of third-party applications used across the organization.
* Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate resolutions with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
* Respond to user requests, incidents, and service inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Monitor application performance and identify opportunities to improve reliability and user experience.
* Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining ownership and follow-through.## ##
** 2. Strengthen System Governance and Security
*** Assist in administering user accounts, permissions, and access controls across supported platforms.
* Support the implementation and enforcement of application security policies and procedures.
* Help ensure compliance with audit requirements through accurate user access reviews and documentation.

** 3. Improve Documentation and Knowledge Sharing
