Responsibilities
- Support and design cloud and virtualization solutions
- Onboard new customers
- Support data center migrations
- Maintain critical cloud infrastructure
- Exhibit excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
- 5–7 years of industry experience
- Deep understanding and hands‑on experience in server hardware, virtualization, cloud integrations, and security
- Strong understanding of server virtualization, storage systems
- Experience with Cisco Unified Computing System (UCS) solutions
- Provide senior‑level technical support and system engineering for all Windows‑based and Linux‑based platforms
- Experience with Hyper‑V/System Center and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Power Shell)
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Must have a car and valid driver’s license
